Dora Cat does not want to miss out on the At Home with Eating Disorders conference in Brisbane this week. See you there!

Dora Cat saw the suitcase come out of the cupboard, watched as it was placed on the floor. ‘I know, June is off to another eating disorder conference! I want to go too. See, I don’t take up much room, and you know I am very, very good.’

(And remember, I’ve been purring encouragement to you for these past 17 months during the lead-up and all of the planning to this big event!). Sorry, Dora, I have had to leave you behind. Maybe next time!

Dora, even though she has to stay behind, at home with her mate, (my other trusty, feline assistant) Ginger Cat, will join me in saying that I look forward to meeting all of you in Brisbane at the At Home with Eating Disorders Conference, May 24 and 25! And for a great start to this very special first for Australian families and sufferers of eating disorders, come along tomorrow evening to the meet-the-authors event!

It will be great!

DVD will share the knowledge – and knowledge is power
If you can’t be with us, the good news is that a DVD will be of all the sessions at the conference (Janet Treasure, Daniel Le Grange, Cynthia Cindy Bulik, and Stephen Touyz).

This way, you can also benefit from the knowledge our wonderful keynote speakers will impart; email your address to june@junealexander.com, and your name will be added to a data list, to be notified as soon as the DVD is ready.
