Strolling in the gorgeous, lazy hazy autumn sunshine along the pier at Portarlington this afternoon, my thoughts turned to “Throwing Starfish Across the Sea”, a book by Charlotte Bevan and Laura Collins Lyster-Mensh, for parents of patients with an eating disorder.
