Hi, I am June Alexander, and I am reading my memoir, A Girl Called Tim: Escape From an Eating Disorder Hell.
I developed an eating disorder, Anorexia Nervosa, at age 11, and I did not recover my authentic self until age 55, and life since then, however, has been absolutely, absolutely super-wonderful. My message is that recovery can occur at every age, so never, ever give up.
In this podcast, I will ready chapter 14 in A Girl Called Tim, and the title of chapter 14 is, Illness Isolates and Conquers.
