Hi, I am June Alexander, and I am reading my memoir, A Girl Called Tim: Escape From an Eating Disorder Hell.
I developed an eating disorder, Anorexia Nervosa, when I was 11 years old, and recovery took a long time. I was 55 when I regained my healthy self, and life since then has been super-wonderful. My message is that recovery from an eating disorder can occur at ever age. Never give up.
In this podcast, I will read Chapter 9 of my memoir, A Girl Called Tim, and the title of chapter 9 is, Return to the Lindenow Valley.
